Container Bridge Philippines Incorporated represents the culmination of more than a decade of the combined expertise and operational experience of the NDC Group of Companies, which is engaged in specialized shipping & logistical services.

It began with NDC International which started with a land base of 11,300 sq and was in exclusive partnership with Nippon Yusen Kaisei (NYK). After two years of exclusivity, NDC International increased its operations by opening its services to other international shipping lines and expanding its container yard operations in Metro Manila and Cebu.

By 2002, the changing business climate and the increasing demand for logistical services has spurred the company to streamline its operations and re-organize as NDC Terminal Inc. Beyond the change of name, it was a reflection of the company's effort to offer a wider range of services to its clients. As NDC Terminal, the company has managed to cover the whole Philippines with the opening of its Davao operations.

Through all these, NDC Terminal has remained committed to providing quality service to international carriers and shipping lines. Over the years, we have also created affiliate companies which will complement the services offered by NDC Terminal.

In 1996, Odd Cubes, Inc. was created to offer the public the diverse usability of container products. This innovative venture, which has a headquarters in Singapore and an office in Manila, offers complete container solutions. A year later, ACL Cargo Logistics was established to address the increasing demand for logistical services in Cebu.

On the other hand, International Reefer Services (IRS - Philippines) was incorporated in May 2000 to provide a professional container refrigeration service in the country. In the same year, the creation of Container Bridge signaled the company's stronger base in the field of logistics consulting and freight management for land, air, and sea cargo in the Philippines.
